Hogwash is a small-town family business, not a franchise. We're based right here in Taylor, Texas, not reaching in from Austin with a city page bolted onto a bigger operation. When you call — or text — Hogwash, you're reaching the family actually doing the work, not a dispatcher three cities away.

Meet Phil & Mackenzie

Hogwash Home Services is a family business, plain and simple — started by Phil and Mackenzie right here in Taylor, with their three boys along for the ride. This isn't a side hustle or a franchise territory. It's a small-town family building something of their own.

Phil

Phil comes to Hogwash with a solid background in plumbing and construction, along with a mindset of serving and protecting his community that he gained from his time in law enforcement. That combination is exactly what shows up on the job — he knows how a house actually goes together, and he brings the same discipline and straightforwardness to every repair, install, and build.

Mackenzie

Mackenzie runs the business side — this website, the marketing, and making sure every request actually gets a response instead of falling through the cracks. When she's not doing that, she's keeping up with their three boys.

Together, they're building Hogwash to be the kind of company they'd want to hire themselves: honest pricing, real communication, and work that holds up.
